Invitational Membership
Cimarron Hills offers five distinct membership classifications, each granting access to the finest private club amenities in the Georgetown Hill Country. All dues and initiation fees are subject to 8.25% tax. Food & beverage minimum of $600 applies semi-annually (Feb–Jul and Aug–Jan, exclusive of gratuity and tax). Invitational memberships are recallable on a last-in, first-out basis when the golf cap is reached. Invitational members may not own property within the community — membership category changes to resident upon purchase.

Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course
7,302-yard award-winning course winding through stately oaks, mountain laurels, creeks and rolling Hill Country terrain. Active Men's Golf Association, Ladies' Golf Association & Junior Golf Program. Online tee times, new EZ-GO cart fleet, and reciprocal benefits at The Club at Comanche Trace and clubs in the Troon Portfolio.
Tennis & Pickleball
Five well-lit tennis courts and two pickleball courts, reservable online via app or website. Year-round clinics, private lessons, and USTA & WTTA League play for ladies, men, and juniors.
Swimming Pool
25-meter lap lanes plus a wading area for kids. Poolside food & beverage service from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Full-service catering available for pool parties.
Fitness Center
Newly renovated space with Free Motion Tower Equipment, free weights, and cardio machines. Open 7 days per week. Personal training, yoga, pilates, strength, and dance cardio classes available weekly.
Osage Trace Restaurant
Full-service dining from casual everyday meals to five-course wine dinners. No room rental fee for member-hosted events in most cases. Full-service Event Coordinator on staff.
The Cimarron Spa
Full menu of treatments: custom facials, peels, dermaplaning, body waxing, spray tan, body wraps & scrubs, massage, reflexology, and makeup application. PCA Skincare & Jane Iredale products available. Open Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Junior Golf Program
Weekly junior clinics in Fall and Spring semester format. Summer Golf Camps. Junior PGA Team for boys and girls ages 13 & under. A core part of Cimarron's mission to grow the game.
